Regular Expression to select verse references

hi,

 

can someone give me the regular expression to select these type of verse references

 Pro_8:22-24
 Pro_16:4
 Mar_13:19
 Joh_1:1-3
 Heb_1:10
 1Jo_1:1 

 

 Psa_102:25
 Psa_104:24
 Psa_104:30
 Psa_115:15

For Apple modules (REGEX) <ref>

For e-Sword 10 Bibles and dictionaries "Search for all the words" /cf11
For e-Sword commentary (REGEX) /cf11
The result in e-Sword 10 shows the verses and the text but for e-Sword 11 are the verses broken. (cf11 is green used for tooltip).
