New to Bible Support

I have E-Sword 11.1.0 installed. When selecting a module from the download manager it shows the module that was selected but when I click start from the download menu nothing happens I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results
can you help

What antivirus software do you have installed?
Perhaps this is blocking the download.
I just made a download, so it is working at this time.
