Windows will not open brpx file

Hi,
I downloaded the M'Cheyne Bible Reading Plan zip file but windows is unable to open it. Windows says that it doesn't know what program created it.
Ahy suggestions?

Any modern version of Windows recognizes zip files and can uncompress them. I guess install a third party zip decompressor? Like this one: http://www.7-zip.org/

And then double click the bible reading zip file.
