Every time I open E-sword this error pops up. How do I fix it?

Did you double-click on A Conservative Version (ACV).dctx.exe to install it?
If you remove the exe file then is it fixed.

I have checked all varieties of Conservative files available on Bible Support, and all load as expected when the user sends them to the relevant resource folder.
I suggest delete all varieties of ACV in your c:\ drive in the \Program Files (x86)\e-Sword folder. Delete any entries that might have been hiding in the C: > Users > your username > App Data > Local > Virtual Store > Program Files(x86) > e-Sword folder.
Also look in the e-Sword "Options", and "Resources Settings..." in the Dictionary option, find any such ACV dictionaries and select all, then deselect all, then select the ACV Dictionary entry, and right-click, and DELETE it. Then reselect all others, and exit e-Sword. Use File Explorer to check again that none of the ACV dictionaries are visible in the e-Sword folders.
Then try to re-run e-Sword.
If there is still a problem, re-download e-Sword from www.e-sword.net and install it twice, first, install using the option to Modify, then repeat the install and this time, use the option to Repair which will write all the registry entries in the expected places. Does e-Sword then open okay?
If it does, then you've zapped the problem.
Go to tab "Options" and "Resource Settings", and check that the Resource file folders are still set up where you expect them to be.
If you changed your destination drive or path or folder, change these details in this option in e-Sword as well. Then exit e-Sword using the "X" close option in the top right corner.
Then find the Conservative files in the Bible Support download option, and select one option to download, at a time, and check that it works. There is "Concordance of A Conservative Version.dctx.exe" which may be the one you tried, or another one where you download both "A Conservative Version (ACV) Bible and Dictionary version 9x". I tested both, and both work okay. The Dictionary option is merely a list of where to find the references, just like Stong's, working on the English words in the ACV Bible module.
Let us know if this resolved your problem, please.
I assume you are not running the option for ACV in Pocket PC, which needs to run on e-Sword version 8 or earlier.
With e-Sword running, use the Help option "F1" function key to call up the e-Sword User's Guide, where further details about using e-Sword are provided. Please read pages 1,2,3,20,36-44. The Find option, as usual in PDF files, is obtained with Ctrl+F.
The e-Sword Module Installer from BibleSupport works for all versions of e-Sword from version 9 and later, on systems running Microsoft Operating system; not limited only to version 9 and 10 as incorrectly specified on page 44 of the e-Sword User's Guide revision 8/1/2014 (2014).
