First you will need to download and install the module creation tool known as E-Sword Tooltip NT which can be downloaded from this site:

http://www.biblesupp...tooltip-tool-nt/

Once you have downloaded and installed E-Sword Tooltip the first thing to do is open the program and then read the user manual that comes with it. You access the manual by clicking Help from the E-Sword Menu which will open a drop down menu the last item on the menu is the user manual. All of the steps for creating E-Sword modules are in the manual.

The layout of your pdf file will make creating the module very easy as all you will have to is copy the text into Tooltip.

Concerning the Bible you have in .PDF Format.  If it is a normal .PDF file in standard Adobe format and no weird characters, etc.. are embedding within, I can probably convert it to .docx (Word) format.  From there it can be converted to .rtf format.  The eSword NT Tooltip Program creates .rtf files which are then converted into proper format for use with e-Sword.  I have never created my own Bible (.bblx) file for e-Sword, although I know how.  I sometimes get started creating Commentary files for e-Sword by converting ..PDF files to Word Format.  From within Word they can be saved as .rtf files for use with the Tooltip program.

Now, I am assuming you can do the same with BIbles that are in .PDF format.  I would dare say that that each verse would have to be in it's own line or paragraph within the .PDF file.  I sent an old hard copy of E.M Zerr's Commentary (six volumes) to a fellow Christian in Arizona who specializes in OCR scanning of books into .PDF and .TXT format.  I have the entire Zerr's Commentary in .TXT format posted on my website if you want to take a look at it.  The file is located at this DROPBOX webpage:===>  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD the Text Version of Zerr's NT Commentary.  This page is via Dropbox.com.  What Ido is go into the .TXT file (Converted from PDF format) and copy the commentary for each chapter into the Tooltip program for e-Sword.  From within the Tooltip program I then inserted the necessary code, etc. to format the text for use with e-Sword, then I compile the file into Commentary (.cmtx) format.

I know the example above is mainly for use with creating commentary files, but I don't see why the same idea can't work with creating Bible (.bblx) files for use with e-Sword.  You're welcome to use the link above  to download the text file.  It was created(converted) from .PDF Format.  It was done with Software I don't have.  But I am able to take a .PDF file and convert into WORD format.  From there I convert it into .RTF and .TXT format and simple insert portions (1 chapter at a time) into the Tooltip program.  Seems to work pretty good that way.

Hope that helps.  I will take a look at you .PDF File.  If it's not too large and isn't too "weird"  I can probably convert it to WORD format for you, but that is no guarantee it will come out right.   Any weird characters, code, etc  within you .PDF file might not work.  But, who knows?  It's worth a try.   Visit my sight at   http://djmarko53.wixsite.com/churchbooks .  Scroll down to the bottom of any page and hit the contact button, or click on the "Send Us Mail" picture in the header on every page.  From there you can send me special private email if you want....

The PDF file in question is a simple text file possibly created using MS-Word or another word processor, so converting the contents of the PDF to a bible module is a simple matter of copying the text from the PDF to E-Sword Tooltip

Just uploaded a .RTF and .TXT Version of this Dutch/Caribbean Bible.
Look for it here on BIblesupport.com--Just uploaded 9/05/2017

The RTF Version is about 11 Meg in size

The TXT Version is about a third the size

With the Tooltip program, a user who needs this bible for e-Sword

should be able to create a module for this BIble for use in e-Sword.
