I know this website is not for mysword, but I have a problem. Downloaded some modules and the program don't see them apparently. Put them in commentary and bible folders: nothing.  In mydata folder: nothing. directly en Mysword folder: nothing. My phone is a galaxy 5, and maybe someone here can help me, please?

I requested help from them, but responded how to download their modules through the program, but my modules are third party ones.

Thanks and blessings.

Did you fully exit MySword using the exit icon in the bottom row of icons?

The app needs to be restarted to recognize new modules.

The phone I also have is a Galaxy S5, with MySword on it, and have not had any issues with third party resources.

Usually when I add resources to either my phone or tablet (both Samsung devices) is usually done by any of the following three methods:

  1. Windows File Explorer by dragging and dropping from my PC into the MySword folder and whatever sub-folder of the particular resource
  2. Dragging from Windows File Explorer into the phone or tablet using SideSync.
  3. Copy the files onto a pen (flash) drive (which also has a micro USB, and then copying them onto the phone.

All of these methods have worked, and they are visible in MySword.

Trust this information is helpful to you.

Blessings,

I used window explorer to drag the files from my PC to mysword, I even turned  my phone off and on again to no avail. By the way, what folder is the correct one to put modules in? Maybe is the wrong one? I'm feeling in a Dead End because I dont know what-else to do. Maybe something in my phone settings?

I'll appreciate any help. blessings/

Albricias, I just did that and now is working. God bless you, well, god bless all of you who tried to help me. My question now is which copy I must delete because I have copies of the files en several subfolders of mysword.
