Is there any way to restore one topx file from my backups instead of them all at once. When I have added to them I do not want to lose those by restoring the old, just get the one restored that I damaged.

That depends on how you have the files backed up.  If you just copied them to a DVD/CD disk or flash drive all you need to do is insert the media into the DVD/cd drive or USB port locate the file(s) you want to restore using the file explorer and cut and paste or drag and drop them in the proper directory.

Thus says the LORD, "Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, (Jeremiah 9:23-24a)

"Defenders of the faith are inclined to be bitter until they learn to walk in the light of the Lord. When you have learned to walk in the light of the Lord, bitterness and contention are impossible." --Oswald Chambers, in Biblical Psychology from The Quotable Oswald Chambers.
