I recently switched my Android phone from Samsung to LG K20.  

The Menu button at the bottom works fine on Samsung phone but not on LG K20

Any idea?

Yep! Go back to a Samsung device. And also recommend either the Galaxy S8 or the S8+. You shouldn't have any hassles then. Then from there, sell your LG K20, as at least you will get some money back, and it wont be a total loss.
