I have been running E-Sword on Linux Mint Serena. My computer (pc) crashed. I have downloaded and setup E-Sword 11. I cannot find my many Premium download which were purchased in the past. I saw one forum answer that on ESword 10 go to account page, however I cannot find it. Under my user names is a drop down which does not show and My Account. Is there something different in version 11. I checked My Downloads and it only shows non-premium downloads. Can someone help?

Hi Gary,

 

Premium downloads are not done trough BibleSupport.com. This is either done through e-Sword itself (via the downloads menu) for from the website where they were purchased, such as eStudysource.com, bible.org (in the case of the net bible), etc.

 

When you use the download menu in s-Sword and click on the resource to download it, the dialog box will prompt you for your product key. If you do not remember it, the same dialog has a button you can click to recover the key. Just fill in the boxes you have the information for and click the proper button.
