I purchased a new laptop and have been trying to transfer e-sword to from my old laptop but I have been unable to do it.

I sent  esword a request for help but I could not understand how to do what they said. I keep seeing an error 1321 when I try to

downloadr the program and use it on my new laptop. Finally today I unstalled it and tried to start from scratch with a new download. It appears in my "download" items but I can't get it to appear on my desktop or open it in anyway.  I love the program and use it often in sermon prep.....can anyone give me some advise how to retrieve it?  Thanks for any and all cousel in this matter.

Move the file to another map or create a directory of c:\New
The problem is that the download map is protected on your PC and therefore lacks the rights to do an install there.

Or the file is corrupted by an Internet connection problem.
Use another browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) to download again the file and move it to another map.
