In T4, there is a command "Split a Module File". When I choose Select File, I can't choose any of my dictionary files (.dctx). Can I split a dictionary module with this command?

You are correct, there is no splitting code in T4. It could be added! Note - that would be for e-Sword v9-10 modules.
