I had remove a dying hard drive on my computer.

Esword was installed on this disk.

All my other Esword files are stored elsewhere.

I need to do a fresh install of esword.

When I try to install the install tries to install to the old disk which is no longer there and the installation fails.

How do I install to a new location?

What is the name the  location of the of the Disk or Drive?

normally is it C:\ but if you have more Disks can it be D:\ or E:\ or F:\

select a random folder on your new disk and right click and Properties.

It's not so much the installer trying to install to the old drive, it wants to install to the default drive and path, which is, C:\Program Files (x86)\ e-Sword.

 

Two options you can do to fix this:

1. Remove the old drive, and then place replace the new one, or.
2. In where it says, C:\Program Files (x8s)\Program files, simply change the Drive Letter, C: to the one assigned for the new Drive, e.g., E:\ or whatever it is.

If you don't know how to replace the old drive, suggest you get someone who know how to do it.

Does anyone know how to download 1828 Websters dictionary on e-sword when it is free but link is not blue but red?

​When I tried to click on the link it did not put it in the drop down box.

 

​It seems like the download isn't on the website either so maybe they no longer have it to be downloaded. Please help because the Webster's 1828 dictionary is probably one of the most important dictionaries
