I just recently purchased E-Sword X and I am having some difficulties converting files to the format suitable for Mac. Every time I try downloading and opening the conversion tool posted on the E-Sword website, it says the file cannot be opened because Microsoft Windows applications aren't supported on MacOS. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or is there any possible way I can convert these files through a different method?

Thanks,

Cody

I use Mac too, I simply use TextWrangler and a SQLite editor to do all conversion.  sometimes use unix terminal to quicken the process.  How to do it depends on the types of files being converted.

The converter is designed to convert windows modules to Mac format, so the converter has to run on a windows based PC, it is not MAC software. You need a windows PC in order to use the conversion utility.

Or either try to run it on Crossover, and see if that works. And by the way, let us know if that actually works. Be real good information for other Mac users if it works on Crossover.
