How do I retrieve my study notes from an old computer and transfer them to a new computer? I have the study notes in a file on the new computer but where and how do I drag them into the esword program

thanks, I got the study notes onto my new computer by going to the esword program went to options selected resources and followed the esword manual's instruction under the subject of study notes
