1 and 2) Any module that is made for Apple or "e-Sword HD" or "e-Sword LT" or has the name .bbli is a HTM mac module.

#3 - To download "Official" Modules, they are available directly through the e-Sword website via the e-Sword Menu: File> Resources> Download...
Unofficial Modules can be easily imported as long as they are the newer Modules as Katoog has described. You have one of two options...
File> Resources> Import...
Or...
File> User Files> Import...
If either of these do not work, or are "grayed out", the Module may be corrupt or incompatible. Hope this helps.
