Unable to download HSB module

I've upgraded my eSword to the latest 11x version, but am unable to find the Hebrew Study Bible (Interlinear Hebrew Old Testament with Strong's numbers and transliteration) 1.6 listed in the download section. There are many other downloads that are available, just not this one. Does anyone have an idea as to why this popular download is not showing up or listed as an available download in my eSword program?
