As someone asked before  - the space between lines in 11.02 is much larger, something I do not like. Is there a way to adjust this?

I like it :)
But I'm still unsure about the purple strongs .... I think I'd like an option to change the color ... We are a bit fussy though aren't we?!
Thanks Rick for a great program.

Sorry, there's no way to adjust the line spacing in the Bible window. I find it a little bothersome, as well.

What actually changed was not e-Sword's line spacing, but the Bible module's line spacing. When Rick converted his Bible modules to HTML, he changed the line spacing. That's what your seeing, but there's no way for the average user to fix this without remaking the module, just like there's now way to fix the purple Strong's numbers (again, a module change).

Hi Josh,

Now, that's a real bummer. I just had a look at the Text Colors dialog and seen two options no longer there, which were in previous versions of e-Sword, and they are:

  1. Change text color for Strong's Numbers (which you alluded to).
  2. Change Bible Reference text color in the Bible window.

Albeit that I barely used them, yet its sad to see a couple bits of customization having flown the coop.

Blessings,

Just to clarify the side-point Josh made, about the lack of customisation for text color (not that there was much choice there). Also in a previous version of e-Sword there was a material background that made the Bible view easy on eyes.

I have the KJV+TVM and I have been trying to change the colour of the strongs numbers. I have tried to do it in Tooltip as perinstruction eg [ALT-SHIFT-CTRL-S] and then going to Color-Strong.  I changed the code to 178 102 255. The strongs will showpurple in ToolTip but when i save the file the strongs numbers come out black ( In the beginning H7225 God H430 created H1254[H8804]  H853 the heaven H8064 and H853 the earth H776.)  Would anyone know the colour code for purple as per the E-Swordcolour palette.

Why don't you use the e-SwordPCtoAppleModuleConverter.exe that Rick Meyers has provided for converting modules?

Here to report that doing a convert of KJV+TVM with "e-SwordPCtoAppleModuleConverter.exe" from Rick Meyers works like a charm.  Strongs numbers are much easier to see when they are purple rather than green.

Once again thankyou JPG
