Thank you all for your responses.  Does v11 backward compatible with all the modules written for v9 & 10?  Or do I need to plan on getting new versions of some/all of those?

 

And do I need to delete v10 before installing v11?  Or does a v11 install automatically replace the existing v10 installation?

On resources, Yes.

 

On older versions of e-Sword. My advice is to uninstall your older version. This is a practice I have done over the years I've used e-Sword. From my perspective I find this is the safest way because upgrading previous installations can cause some difficulties, and the best way to circumvent any possible issues is to do a clean install.
