I printed this guide for some people in my church. Can you make a pdf version or some other way that prints with page numbers? We are using colorized tabs for sections right now since the print doesn't have page numbers.

You can copy and paste it into Word and number the pages.

I think he wants a copy with the table of contents and page numbers in sync. I'll make a PDF.

I've already uploaded a PDF of the Unofficial User Manual in e-Sword documentation, as I didn't find a way to upload it to the tutorial section.
Please move it to the tutorials.
Thanks

Yeah, sorry, I took it down because I'm working on a PDF that has the table of contents with pdf hyperlinks to the appropriate sections, page numbers, etc. The PDF will look best if generated from within Microsoft Word so that it retains the proper page layout. Also, when I exported to HTML, some sections were truncated. So I really need to generate a PDF (and regenerate the HTML for the tutorial section) from the Word source document. I'll get it done later today when the twins go down for nap.

Alright, the newly created PDF is available here. It's ideal for printing, the page breaks flow nicely with the graphics and text, all pages are numbered, all table of contents lines are now clickable, the truncated text issues have been resolved, and a final spell check completed. I also added a distribution license and clarified the documentation is unofficial and not officially sanctioned by e-Sword (just so there's no confusion by anyone if the PDF is distributed elsewhere).

Hey Josh,
Get ready for a bit of a shocker...

I dunno if its now the Official User's manual or if its still the unofficial one, but hey its also downloadable from e-Sword.net. Rick has it up on his training page. So, I guess its kinda now official. God's gotta be good, hey mate.

Blessings,
Stephen (Php 1:21).
