What am I doing wrong with McClintock & Strong

I have downloaded this resource and it shows up as two .dctx files: cyclopedia_h-z.dctx and cyclopedia_a-g.dctx in my e-sword folder within my program files folder.  BUT, when I run e-sword on the PC I cannot find either file in the Dictionary area with a corresponding tab.  So, I deleted both files and installed them again and still they do not show up.  Where am I making the mistake???

Have a look in the top menu Options -> resources, and see if it is checked to be visible as a tab.
