If you want the Bibles in RTF or Txt format then need you ToolTipTool NT.

Click on modules and Bible/read Bible file book chap:verse

This works only with e-Sword versions that are not protected by encoding.

When you download a Bible (a bblx, or bbli for iOS and/or OS X) you actually download a  complete Bible, which I assume you mean a Bible which contains both OT & NT. The fact that its called a "module," is more of a misnomer than an actual reality, and as such they are exactly the same.

All of e-Sword resources, which includes Bibles, Commentaries, Dictionaries, etc., are SQLite Database files. If, then, you want a Bible which is purely a text base file, such as what Katoog said:

If you want the Bibles in RTF or Txt format then need you ToolTipTool NT.

Then that would apply. and from there need to save it as an rtf or txt file which you can open in any word processor or text editor.
