I have lost my notes on ehp, ; all I can see are blue slash marks

where on the hard drive are they stored and is the file a *.topx file??

If you are talking about a downloaded notes file they are located at Documents/e-sword according to some, but mine always install to C:/Program Files/e-sword and yes they are .topx if you have version 9 of e-sword.

If you are speaking of your own notes I THINK BUT DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE they are in Documents/e-sword/study.notx (I do not use this feature so am not sure.)

Topic notes are by default in the file TOPIC.TOPX, in the My documents\e-Sword folder.
