What is the easiest way or best resource to find parallel accounts of an event in the other 3 Gospels?

Look for Harmony of the Gospels. There used to be one listed in the menus of e-sword but I do not see it this morning. Maybe someone knows where it is located or you can search this site in the downloads area.

Under the "Bible" menu, choose "Harmony." There are tabs and boxes to choose what options you want to use.

Open it by Bible tab and Harmony
I use in the Restored Holy Bible 4 the same context-titles for the same or similar events.
If there are variants then is there a number after it.
