Hi,

I'm trying to make a .bblx from my .rtf file in tooltip but I keep getting these error messages that I need to add

#define description ect.

Yet as I have (as you see below under this text ) I do have this in my file...can anyone tell me what I might be missing?

#define description=ERV-HU.bblx

#define abbreviation=ERV-HU

#define comments=Exported from Simple Bible Reader (www.churchsw.org)

#define version=1

#define font=DEFAULT

#define right2left=0

#define ot=1

#define nt=1

#define apocrypha=0

#define strong=0

Cheers, Jeff

You don't need the file name where #define description is, all you need is the actual title of the bible. Tooltip will generate the bblx file when it compiles the bible module

Hi Everyone,

I found this in the FORUM

"I concur with DSaw, go to the line with Isa 1:1, and press Ctrl+M to add the division mark, and try again."

This is working now....SOLVED!

Jeff

Memory Errors - the underlying text display engine has several issues with memory leaks which unfortunately can not be fixed in Tooltip ToolNT (TTTNT).  Several things you can try - close the program and restart it, this may clear the current memory issues.  If not, try rebooting your computer and the first thing you try is to build your module.  IF that fails on your system, the build the module in smaller parts.  It is easy to combine them back into a single module using TTTNT's Modules+Combine Files function.

Thanks soo much for the tips!

I have tried your suggestion first of closing the program and restarting my computer then breaking the bible up in to smaller parts...I Did a section from Genesis to 1 Chron. But now it is getting stuck on Exodus 32.....

I have un-installed and deleted the tooltip folders in both the program file and the PROGRAM DATA folders and re-installed a new downloaded version with the same results...

Should I start trying to put this bible together one chapter at a time or is that probably not a good idea....

This is for our new Hungarian bible class group that is following along in English and cross referencing with their language and it has become a priority as we have just taken on more brothers and Sisters..

I have even tried to reopen the .bblx version in tooltip and restart the effort (in case of possible corruption) but it is telling me that it has a content  lock on it for some reason...We didn't have that issue before when we started this project last year...

Appreciate any input at this time Folks!

Cheers, jeff

owo Jeff

would you please post the RTF file

May God change our hearts to what the truth is

2Ti_2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Rom_9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

2Ti 2:24-25  And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

First I would do a complete uninstall and reinstall of tooltip making sure you install the latest version.

Second delete Exodus from your rft file and the reinsert it to see if that makes a a difference
