This new version of HotKey still works with the macros just as before.  The "Popup" function is in addition.  What Bible version are you in particular are you wanting to use?

Hi B.H.

Let the indexing run for a couple of hours and it still shows that I only have the KJV & KJV+ to choose from. This is after I did restart on both E-sword and Hotkey.

Installed Hotkey 3.86 today on Win 10 system. When first ran it I had access to all my bibles but then it changed and only showed KJV & KJV+.  I copied in the bible.cf file that I received from Brent and that helped but still only had a few of the bibles show.  When i tried to update the index file I got a error.

I installed Hotkey on my two other systems Win 10 and Win 7 and got the same type of result, but each system has a different list of bibles, but not all of them.  The two Win 10 systems have BBLX & BBLI bibles listed.

Hotkey does work fine except for the bible list.

A logic error in the Popup Bible window which caused the text field to be locked if no scripture reference was found has been fixed and v2.88 reuploaded.

Can't seem to get my Bible versions to show, e.g., NASB, NIV. Tried d/l the index file but all I get is: "Error downloading index file WSE_NOTIFY= -6". I do not have the e-Sword macros installed. Have v.3.94 HotKey on PC running Win 10.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Yes, it appears that the latest Windows 10 (maybe other previous versions) now required Administrator privileges to save the downloaded index file.  The issue is in the saving the file.  But, you can still use the e-Sword Macros  (any version) and get popups with HotKey that way, though it is significantly slower (>20x slower).  But if looking up just a couple of verses, you may not notice the delay.

Try this - try running e-Sword Hotkey as Administrator - then try downloading the index file.  That appears to work on my end.
