MySword: how to get your own modules to download within the App..

Anybody knows how to do this?

We are translation a Bible Commentary (with permission of the copyright owner!), and would like to make it available to the public, but without having the non-techies have to manualy download, find correct directory, and then copy...

What to we have to do to make it available thru the internal download function?

It is the maker of MySword who host the downloads within MySword.(Not 3th party modules)

So if you have permission of the copyright owner then can you sent a PM.

Hi Patrick,

For third party files for MySword (which would include your own) is really dead easy to put in your MySword folder on your Android device.

A few of ways you can do it:

  1. Download My Sword resources from here on to your PC, unzip it, and then drag 'n drop it into your MySword folder on your device (Make sure your device is plugged into a USB port on your PC).
  2. For the ones you created, simply plug in your device into a USB drive on your PC, then in Windows Explorer, drag and drop your files into your Mobile Device.

Below are screen shots of my Mobile device and MySword folders in mobile device shown in Windows File Explorer.

Attached File  Mobile Device in File Explore.jpg   52.35K   35 downloads

I trust this is helpful information for you.

Blessings,
