I am sorry but it did not work.

It shows me "?" instead of space as attached.

I use UTF-8.

Let me try the number pad later.

Thanks,

Stonepillow

Ok.... Well....

Since it is not English, it may need a different code other than ALT-0160.

We may have to get someone else involved who is use to developing non-English resources.

When you created (edited) the file and inserted the CTRL-SHIFT-Space_Bar did you see a white space or the "?" that shows up in the module?

I'm betting it is a unicode thing....

I'm hittin' the sheets.... Have a Blessed day/night/whatever it may be -_-

Perhaps you need to change local to English local to insert the non break space with Tooltiptool, as it does not support localization. If you composed your data in Word while in Japanese local and pasted to Tooltiptool, maybe that would work?

I tried with Japanese local and Ctrl+Shift+space inserted an ideographic space, and the line did not break.

Hi JPG,

I am always using English locale and getting this problem.

Yes, Ctrl+Shift+Space does not break a line but shows me "?".

Wait...........

Now it shows me blank. I changed the first language to English.

But still it brakes a line.

I maybe understand your situation.

Please type long, at least 2 or more lines, DBCS characters without CRLF.

Then put Ctrl+Shift+Space in the middle of it.

Then, it breakes the line.

It does not matter whatever it is a blank or Ctrl+Shift+Space, if you put a blank, the result is the same.

If the line fits in a line, means shorter than let me say 50 DBCS characters, there is no problem.

Or do you have no problem with long line?

The result of Alt+0160.

Windows 10

System locale: Australia

1st lang: English

Place: Australia

Tooltip Tool: Shows me small circle and no line break

e-sword: Shows me blank and line break

The only way is that use DBCS blank and set a half size font.

Could somebody let me know how I can replace single byte blanks to double byte blanks with different font size at once on the ToolTip tool using replace function?
