Oh sorry I did not look close enough.

 

We will need to wait for the developer of Tooltiptool to make some comment if the OS in Japanese would be a problem/how to fix.

Solved! Thanks JPG.

 

I changed the system locale to English speaking country (Australia where I am sitting now) and it worked.

When I type, I need to use Japan as the system locale and Australia when I save the commentary.

It is too complicated and risky but at least I can make Japanese commentary by switching between two locales.

 

I hope this tool will manage multi system locales.

Good that you have a workaround. 

I have no idea if Brent, will have a fix for ToolTipTool (aka T4)
