Last week this error code started appearing when I changed verses in the compare bible window.  Now it appears when I open E-sword along with unknown format (1-240d), however, if I click on the ok button everything seems to work properly.  What do I need to fix? or correct to put this error to rest?

 

I looked for an error codes list, but I have not found one.

Hi Dan,

Errors like this do happen from time to time due to a thing called an "Addressing Error," which could also be called "miss communication." This is a problem that does happen from time to time with Windows irrespective of which program one is using. Unfortunately for you, it happened with e-Sword.

It is an error report from the text control used by e-Sword, so the proper place to report the issue is with Rick Meyers, so he can report the issue to the developer of the text control he uses for e-Sword....
