Hi Earl,

The Margin Notes module is actually ready now, unless that is, someone finds a bunch of errors that need correcting B).

I just have not "Officially" put it in the Downloads area as of yet. All you would need to do is click on the "KJV-Margin.zip" link in my original post.

None the less, I will endeavor to do so today. Thank you for your interest.

Roy

Edit (1):

Ok, it is now posted in the Downloads area for Bibles here.

I still need to make a small edit to the description as I had found three of the margin notes mentioned non-existent verses and I corrected them. I want to post/mention those edits/changes from the original commentary module.

Roy

Edit (2):

Those edits were as fillows:

------------------------------------------------------------
1 Ch 3:17

Jeconiah:
Or, Coniah, Jer. 22.34 (Should read Jer. 22.24)
------------------------------------------------------------
Isa 63:11

shepherd:
Or, shepherds, as Psalm 77.21 (Should read Psalm 77.20)
------------------------------------------------------------
Jer 25:23

that are in the utmost corners:
Heb. cut off into corners, or having the corners of the
hair polled, Jeremiah 9.28 (Should read Jeremiah 9.26)
------------------------------------------------------------

In each case the originally mentioned verses simply do not exist (Just typos I would guess).

Roy

Thanks Roy,

I think I'm going to love this. I checked the box to follow for updates so will get them as soon as I see one. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and your work!

Please download the module again and review it for me. Also, let me know of anything I missed and I will fix it as soon as I can.

1Ki_8:8 Holy place:
Or, Ark, as 2 Chronciles 5.9

1Ch_2:52 Haroeh:

1Ch_3:10 Abia:
Or, Abiam, 1 king 15.1

1Ch_3:17 Jeconiah:
Or, Coniah, Jer. 22.24

Isa_63:11 shepherd:
Or, shepherds, as Psalm 77.20

Jer_25:23 that are in the utmost corners:
Heb. cut off into corners, or having the corners of the hair polled, Jeremiah 9.26

Luk_1:78 day spring:
Or, sun rising, or branch, Zec_3:8 esay 11.1 Mal_4:2. Num_24:17

Act_13:34 mercies:
Gr. [Greek characters] holy or just things, which word the Sept. both in the place of Esai 55.3. and in many others, use for that which is in the Hebrew, Mercies

Jon

I Added a version for eSword HD (and I think that the same file also works for eSword X).

I tested it on my iPad and I know that it does work there.

I got some sleep in the afternoon. I just dl the 1.3 and see that there is some font size issue? Looks larger from the first verse down.
