Hello....don't mean to be repetative if this post is in here somewhere but I can't find it.  I'm having problems downloading my purchased modules from e-Sword.  They show up on the e-Sword Module Downloader but won't download.  I've done all the "give it the administration permissions", gave it all the permissions on it's security folders, started it in the administrative mode but nothing works (see attached files).....frustrating.  Read some posts online and others are having similar problems but no one has a solution yet.  Thought maybe somebody here can help.  I have the 10.0.4 version running on Windows 7 Pro.  Thanks for any replies.

I assume that you're able to get the module you want selected and shown in the selected for download window. The next step is to click the "download" button near the top left of the download screen. Click "start" and anything in the download selection window should start downloading. If not, maybe your firewall is blocking it. You didn't say if you were getting any error messages. I hope this helps.

I seem to be having the same (or similar) problem. Downloaded and installed the latest version, uninstalled the old one, installed the new one, restarted the laptop. I do have Win10 and no problem downloading other stuff. btw, I would have to say that e-sword is my all-time favorite Bible program -- when it works. ...sigh...

Can anyone out there help?

I'm having the same problem right now. When I click on items to download, it doesn't add them to the queue to be downloaded. I have previously downloaded multiple items and didn't have a problem.

I have the same problem since updating to the newest version of e-sword. On the download page some of the module titles are red, not blue as they used to be, these are the ones that I cannot download. Also they do not transfer to the bottom of the page either. I purposely deleted the JFB commentary since it hasn't worked after the update, intending to re download it, but it a red title now and will not budge.  It doesn't say installed on my download page either so it knows I don't have it.

This issue is directly connected to the release of E-Sword 11 which changed the module file format not sure what the problem is

If I'm getting this right, it sounds like I need to uninstall e-sword, then install an earlier version (e-sword 9), then I may be able to download the modules. Once they're downloaded, and open in e-sword, I can copy them into a separate file and reinstall e-sword 11 and paste those modules into its folder. I've used this method for modules I've created myself and it works. So I'll give it a go.

No - you misunderstand. Install the latest version of e-Sword and then download your modules that you want.

Hi, check your internet connection option. It's usually because of the proxy connection.

I had the same problem and fixed by deselecting the proxy connection.

In case of Chrome browser,

Settings > advanced setting > open proxy setting > Internet properties > connections > LAN setting > "deselect" Use proxy server in the check box.

It might be slightly different names of buttons, but you could easily guess.

I hope it works for you.
