Hi,

I just found that when I viewed the HOT and HOT+ in parallel, their verses don't seem to be arranged correctly on their corresponding rows. Please see screenshots attached.

Can anyone advise, please?

Thank you!
Jonas

I try the same as the screen shot but I didn't have this problem.

I think that another Bible module between HOT+ and the KJV is the reason for the for the trouble.

Move all the Bible modules between HOT+ and the KJV  to another map (you can't move or rename HOT,HOT+,KJV, KJV+)

C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword -> C:\test\

Or install the last version (Version 10.4.0)

Hi Katoog,

Thank you very much for the reply.

I already have the latest version 10.4.0 though. What did you mean by "another Bible module between HOT+ and the KJV"? I haven't tried what you suggested yet since I might do it incorrectly.

Thanks,
Joem

Bible modules that are made by users instead of the official modules from e-Sword.

C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword

Look to the bblx files (the order of the Bible tabs is Alphabetic)

By default are that the file names that of begins with the letters H until K.

Again don't move HOT,HOT+KJV and KJV+ otherwise shall e-Sword re-install and remove every module except the default modules.

If you want to be save then is e-Sword Library Manager an option.

http://www.biblesupp...ibrary-manager/

The program need Admin rights

C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword

select Bibles

move HOT, HOT+, KJV and KJV+ upward to the first rows so that the other Bible modules have not longer influence because they are lower then those four.

"Save current order"

And start e-Sword (HOT, HOT+, KJV and KJV+ are now together on the first row of the Bible modules.

Test (if there are now no problems then was the reason a bad made user module; otherwise was I wrong about the reason)..

The order of which is in the parallel columns is done by user selection from the Dropdown Combo Box at the top, and in reality has nothing do with order of the file name and/or the Abbreviation name. It really wouldn't matter if it is in the order one selects or not, the problem outlined would still exist. My guess is that the file is corrupt.
