I have need of coverting my text-based formtat books (eg Microsoft word, pdf, etc) to mysword BOOKs and JOURNALs.
Please help.

my suggestion is that you should make it into e-Sword module, convert it to the Word module, then convert it to MySword. Or make the Word module from the text. Then convert it MySword.

Could you be more specific please as to what you want to make, i.e., the type of resource, otherwise you could get an answer like this"

Is there a a step by step guide on how to convert to MySword. I have a book that is an epub that I would like to use in mysword. I have tried converting it to rtf and then to theword then to MySword using twimporter and mysword migration tool and calibre. I'm ready to give up because I keep getting errors in mysword

You could try a program called Simple Bible Reader that reads and converts bible modules from one Bible Software to many others. The program contains an option for converting book modules from The Word to MySword

when I attempt to do it that way the pictures never show up they show up as gibberish. Any ideas?
