Sorry, kinda confused me,  I thought you were having trouble installing Convert.exe.
So are you saying that when you click on the Convert icon, crossover comes up? I'm guessing from the screen grabs. If thats happening somethings wrong, its suppose to open the app not crossover installation window.
Do you have Skype? maybe we can arrange a video chat and try to help you better.

I don't have Skype. I do have a phone number.

I don't have Convert icon anywhere...other than aa a bottle within CrossOver.

Here's what I just did:

  1. I removed convert.exe from my Bottle list
  2. Downloaded convert.exe again
  3. Click on convert.exe and it opens up CrossOver
  4. Then I need to install it. So I am installing it into the esword bottle.
  5. I click install
  6. It installs and says installation is complete
  7. I close CrossOver
  8. I download Calvins Commentary from BibleSupport
  9. I click on that
  10. It opens up CrossOver
  11. It sounds like this is not what is supposed to happen
  12. Now I am lost as to what to do

You are almost there,  install it also in the e-Sword bottle.
Remember this is going into the old eSword app not the e-Sword X but for now its necesarry this way because there is no Convert.exe native to Mac.
After you install the modules, open convert from e-Sword directory (go to my past post for the exact directory path)
As soon as Convert opens brows for the module you wish to convert.
The converted file will be at the same location of the original.
Drag it to the e-SwordX directory ( also check my yoast post for the directory).
And thats it.

BTW Skype is free and its excelent for situations like this one.

I don't know of any free program where you can run windows programs on a mac. Perhaps there is one out there.

If you are looking to run e-sword on your Mac, just get the Mac version and then you don't need Crossover.
