To make it easy for us: what is the name of the Internet browser that you use? (Firefox, Internet Explorer,Chrome,Opera,...)
And what is the name or link of the module that you downloaded?
First you need to find download folder for the files (by Internet Options and downloads of your Internet browser)
You don't need to open the module except if it is a Zip file.
And place it in the e-Sword folder.
The default folder is :
C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword\
or
C:\Program Files\e-Sword\
