My biggest problem happens when I copy verses from the parallel bible and then try to paste it into a Word 2010 doc. I use at least 3 bibles in parallel and the 3rd's verses extend off the printable page even using landscape orientation.

It is just a matter of setting the properties of the table in Word. Paste in your data as normal. So you should be able to right mouse click somewhere over your text, and you will get a menu; select properties. Now in the Table Properties, dialog that should show, change Measure in: value to "Percent" and "Preferred width", to 100%, OK this should set the table to be 100% width in either orientation.
