1) Bible tabs sorted by Version abbreviation rather than file name.

2) Dictionary and Commentary tabs "link" state remembered between invocation of the program.  If I have the Dictionary tab "un-linked" and close the program, when it restarts, it is again linked.

3) Scripture links tooltipped and click-able in the BIBLE tab.  Example, in the AMP Bible, there are links to other  scripture references.  Make these "live" tooltips and click-able.  Make this available for any Bible that has them in their text.  (see Mat_1:1 AMP)

Just thinking out loud...

Point 2.

I contacted Rick a couple of years back with the same request.

Jon,

Not saving the synch on dictionary and commentary views is purposeful.  The typical use of these tools relies on synchronization, and 99.9% of the folks would email for help if it stopped working as "normal" and they didn't realize they had clicked off the synchronization.

In His service,

Rick Meyers

Hi Brent,

I think that tweaks like those you mentioned would certainly go a long way, in particular to the third one.

This is something that I've also dreamed of, and would like to see happening.

Blessings,

I would like to be able to make Bible reading plans where the day's reading would not have to come in chapter segments. For instance, a particular story or teaching may span chapter breaks and I would want to include only the verses I wanted in a particular reading.

A work around for this can be done using Topic Notes.
