We need information as to exactly what your problem is, and below is a brief list as to what information we would like to have.

1. Do you have e-Sword installed, and if so, what version is it?
2. What Operating System are do you have, eg., Windows, Linux, or iMac (OSX) and what version?
3. What File types are you downloading, e.g., exe, zip or just resource types, e.g., bbx, cmtx, dctx and etc?

please download the correct file for the software you are using.
