What kind are they - Bible, Dictionary, Commentary, Topic? Do you mean that you can't find them, or do you mean that you can't install them?

Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Hi Bill,

You lack critical information relating to your problem making it really difficult to find a resolution to your problem.

The kind of information we need you to give us are as follows:

  • Version of e-Sword
  • File types you downloaded, e.g., bbl or bblx, or .zip or installer file (.exe)
  • Things you have done or may not have done.
  • Any information that you deem as helpful to us relating to your download.

At the moment, the only kind of answers we are able to give you is just mere speculation and guesswork and will only prove unhelpful to you.

Blessings,

If you are using Windows XP your folders where your resources should be installed are:

  • Commentary, Bibles and Dictionaries in C:\Program Files\e-Sword
  • Third party Topic/Study Note files in My Documents\e-Sword

If using Windows 7, 8, 8.1

  • Commentary, Bibles and Dictionaries in C:\Program Files(x86)\e-Sword
  • Third party Topic/Study Note files in This PC\Documents\e-Sword

Beyond that, I cant help you any further. You may need to check your hardrive out to see where you have installed them.

Blessings,

P.S. I have all my resource files on a secondry hardrive (I have a Solid State and a Magnetic Hardrive on my PC. The SSD only contains the Operating System and applications. For all data files, such is e-Sword resource files, I have on my HDD. I run Windows 8.1, and next year it will be Windows 10.
