As far as I know, there are several Bible readers for Android, but none of them is a match to MySword that has many features.

I successfully installed MySword on my rooted Nook Simple Touch, this device is a good option for prolonged reading.

I also installed the program on my Samsung S3 phone, no rooting was needed in this case.

It is fine that in MySword Scriptures can be read in the paragraph mode. Sadly though, there are no Bible passage headings, like those that can be seen in some Kindle editions of the Bible, such as NIV and HCSB.

e-Sword also works fine, the only problem to me is that it has no paragraph mode and Scriptures, just as in MySword, are without passage headings.

My request concerns with the issue of passage headings because they are informative and very helpful. If TheWord has them as a mode of reading that can be turned on, why cannot e-Sword and MySword have them as well?

hi you can ask MySword Tech people to add that feature you want,

If you want MySword on your pc laptop or desktop, you can use blue stacks. It is like having android on your computer.
This way you can copy your notes to your computer .

Thanks

The issue with paragraphed editions of Bibles in e-Sword (or for that matter, in any Bible study software) is that they are not all that crash hot for doing a search in them. In fact I would go to the extent to say they are pretty much useless when it comes to doing a search in them. And so, to that extent, I don't use them, and I certainly don't recommend them as a tool for Bible Study. They are ok for reading purposes only, and if that is what you want, e-Sword has the Weust's Expanded Translation as a paragraphed edition which can be bought from eStudySource.

MySword does show headings, but you have to use a module that has them, there is not an overlay system like in theWord. You can toggle the headings off in the Bible view preferences (icon at top with gear on it) if you have the Deluxe version. The same goes for paragraph mode. Searching is no problem with these in either MySword or theWord, as long as the module is properly made, like the ISV, for example.
