I have a problem with installing the Macro for Microsoft Word 2013.

I can not get it work.

I installed it by executing the macro.

Then in word by pressing the developer menu and the add-ins button I activate it.

I can see all the macros but they are not working:

eSwordMacros.modMacros.eswordTranslation

                                                         Convert

                                                         Search

                                                         Paste

                                                         AutoExit

                                                         AutoExec

I hope there is someone to help me.

I have an Toshiba laptop with windows 8.1 - Core i7 - Spanish Version

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the stand alone utility,  e-Sword HotKey?  It provides all the functionality of the e-Sword Macros and then some to MS-Word and any text editor.  See more by following the link below.

My 2010 Macro wouldn't work for 2010 Word if it is based  on newer Win7 platforms.  It sure does work on XP platforms.  By stupidity I tried the 2007 Macro for my 2010 Word.  It worked -- not only on 7's but also on 8.1's.  If that is stupidity but with result is really, well I don't know...you guess it.

You are not alone in Word 2013 macro problems and the above "backdoor" idea wouldn't work for 2013.  Im following this post since there's a lot of us users with the same problems here

Hi

Since you did not mention it in your post I have to ask what version of eSword are you using

May God change our hearts to what the truth is

2Ti_2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Rom_9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

2Ti 2:24-25  And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
