Can you tell me how to download e-sword? I went to their home page, and followed their instructions. But I get message that the key is not valid in specified state. What does that mean? Sharon

That sounds like something strange with your browser or whatever you're trying to use to download with. The problem is on your end, and I have no clue what the error message you're getting means. I'm sorry that I couldn't help you. The only suggestion I have is to try it again.

Hi all

 

Not sure if this is the place to post this question although I seem to be experiencing a technical gliche with my reference library. Esword opens just fine although when I click on the reference library icon or under tools it open on the bottom tool bar but when I attempt to open it the main screen of esword stays on and the reference library screen does not open in front of the main esword screen??

 

Has anyone had this problem before or can anyone direct me to where I may be able to find a solution to this problem?

That's a very strange problem I've never heard anyone of having before. You might try "Reset e-Sword Settings" under "Help" in the main e-Sword menu. If that doesn't work, the only other thing I can think of is to re-install e-Sword. I hope this helps you.
