What was the answer? I am having trouble using my customer/invoice numbers to download.

First, I updated the e-sword hd app because there was an update indicated. Then, I contacted Bible.org to get the product key which I entered in the box that came up in e-sword hd in the Resources section and Bibles page-NET Study Set. It needed my email address, too. I downloaded it. Re-started the iPad. It should show up on the Bible section as Net+. At first, I saw NET, but not NET+. Eventually I saw both after I downloaded all over again and re-started the iPad.
