When I click on the PARALLEL on e-Sword HD on my ipad, the words are written over each other from the different bible version I downloaded, thereby making it difficult to read on parallel view.

Are there restrictions to the number of versions I should have while viewing the PARALLEL? I have about 15 versions on e-Sword HD. Everything seems to be alright with the COMPARE view but not the PARALLEL . Please help.

I think you answered your own question. I usually only have 3 or 4 running parallel. If I run more particularly those versions with inline Strong's numbers and TVM, then letters overlap among versions since the vertical columns continue to become narrower the more versions that display. With compare, the various versions display works out fine since the horizontal lines do not narrow with the addition of more versions, i.e. they stack on top of each other.

Going by this screenshot, I think Jogirl is correct. I don't as to just how many Bibles can be viewed in e-Sword HD's parallel view as I don't have an iPad, and as such I don't have e-Sword HD, However, going by this screenshot, I think one can be safe not to go more than a max of about 3 or 4 translations.
