Dear brothers and sisters,

I am using e-Sword v.9.9.1.

I like to print out Chinese and English versions of bible scripts in "Parallel" column view for study.  However, the Chinese scripts in its column are down shifted by one row from its leading verse number while there is no such issue for the English scripts.  Please refer to the attached sample printout to see the issue.

Are there any solution to this issue?

In Christ,

Daniel

I suggest that you first upgrade to  version 10.3.0

P.S. I know it does not solve your problem.

I have just downloaded CUV-T from e-sword module downloader and tested it on Amos 5.

I don't see the same problem and I use version 10.3.0 of e-Sword

If upgrading not helps then suggest I to change the fillename cuv-t into 001_cuv-t

It is possible that another bad made Bible-module that was placed before cuv-t is the origin of the glitch

Are you looking in print preview? I see the problem there.

Nope, (then looking in print preview)

Can you make the margins on the left side smaller?

0.5 instead of 1 inch?

Hi Daniel,

Irrespective of the version, the issue would or could be right across the board. That said, I think about the only thing you could really do about it is notify Rick Meyers (the author of e-Sword) and tell him what the problem is. You can do this by going to  http://www.e-sword.net/feedback.html if after trying Katoog's suggestion doesn't work.

Thank you for all the suggestions.  I have tried every one of them but they did not help.

However, I can get around this issue by Select All, Copy & Paste to Word and let Word do the print job instead of direct print from e-Sword.

I will raise this minor issue with the author for his follow up actions.

Hi Daniel,

Ensure that you upgrade your copy of e-Sword on the next version update/upgrade as if the fix is to be made, it could possibly be there.
