4 Maccabees is normally not available from the list of Books in Bibles. However when I select my NRSV or my RSV it appears in the list with such other books of the Deuterocanonical (Apocrypha) books. From this list I can select most of the books in blue, such as Tobit or 1 Maccabees, but when I select 3 or 4 Maccabees, it says this book is not available in this translation. Anyone know how to fix this or if there is a fix? Thanks

I purchased my copy of the NRSVA (and the RSVA) from eStudySource.com and 3rd & 4th Maccabees works (displays) for me (in both modules).

 

If you purchased it from the same place that I did, you can try re-installing the module from your download, or contact them. Thay will have record of your purchase and can help you download it again. their web site is here.

 

If the module came from somewhere else, I don't know what to tell you.

Note:

 

NRSV and RSV are different (do not contain the Apocrypha books) from the NRSVA and RSVA, which do contain them.
