Hello,

I have used e-sword for a number of years and its amazing how 3rd party content is available. I was looking for the NET Bible for the program. I looked at Bible.org and it seems all mentions of the NET for e-sword are gone except for the paid module in their web store and some other materials . I have searched here and couldn't find it. I ended up finding it on the old site. So I ask, what happened?

Thanks!

Good question.  I'm guessing that they decided they don't want lots of different versions of it floating out there (including the premium version).  I'll say this, the premium version is well worth the money.  The footnotes are very informative.  I bought it years ago when I was almost broke.  And I've not regretted the purchase once since then.

Here's a free version of the NET Bible: http://www.biblesupp.../864-net-bible/

The more up to date, premium version is well worth the money, as Brad said. I don't think the free version has the footnotes, or has limited footnotes.
