Hello folks, i want to read my journal notes and others in my documents/esword but when i try to open these all i get is "Windows cannot open this file".. i tried adobe but just changes the look of the file and still cannot read it...as you can tell my computer skills are very limited and i could use all the help i can get

Are you trying to open this file from within eSword or from the files location in my documents/eSword

in the file location in documents/esword on my computer

Hi try this
open up e-Sword
select Editors - Journal
press control key and Right click on mouse
select where you want it to read from
