Hi Everyone,

I have been creating files for my mysword book categories for awhile now and I have been having an issue with two of the files that keep being named xxxx.topx in my folder menu....(please see example)

I just tried recreating the TRUTH file again last night in ESWORD but with the same results....Any tips that I might be missing? All the other files I have created have omitted the .topx when named in file menu.....

Cheers, jeff

The eSword file must have had a double of topx.      xxxxxxx.topx.topx at some point?

You might need to go the MySword preferences and find the section, "Clear abbreviations cache".

Hi all,

has anybody have problems with the migration tool - to convert the bible ? I cannot use it to convert the bible like I can cmt, dict, and books.
I would like to know if anybody else has the same problem?

Thanks

Hi Patchwork,

I have used it in the past to make bible modules for mysword like the nasb and have had no problem with it, but I am just running it through the "wash"  I guess you can say and it seemed to work fine..... My real desire was to try and get the nasb with greek and hebrew links that seemed promising at times but never really panned out  )-'

I have also used it to make our book modules with minimal issues.

Hope that helps, jeff

Hi Jeff,

I talked to MySword staff and they gave me a different version 2.4 and it works.
The NASB strong is the same as kjv with strong or you can use my set which has the strong number

Thanks

Hey Cool!

Yeah I know the kjv is real close but there are occasional passages the the nasb is using a different word completely so it was always a "would really like to have" type of thing  :)
