Grizmt....

Left click and pass your cursor over the words you have underlined......you'll see probably a blue highlight just as you did when you began to underline the words.....Now In the Bible Window....go up to the word "God" and click on the little down arrow.....a small box will appear with the word "God" in it 5 times. Click on the last word God to the right....it will be the one with no underline beneath it....all the underlining you just highlighted will be erased !

You may also click on the 4th icon from the left on your Bible page...the one just to the right of the binoculars.....this will allow you to erase the lines on the "Entire Page"......then click on the little arrow beside "God" and click on the last word God on the right.....and all the underlining on the page will be gone.

I've noticed in the new module 11.x (I want to update from 9.6, I believe)

The markings are now limited to two selections, thin single line or the removal option.

Is this a fault or did my download not install them?

Also in the journal notes of 9.x, you only have the single underline can this be upgraded?

Thanks and God Bless

Sean

That is the way it is in the current version of e-Sword.

To get more info about it, suggest you contact Rick Meyers  and ask him what's up about the underlining options. I sure that he will give you the reasons and etc for what he did.

I have a problem with not being able to underline everything I want to. If I am trying to underline a whole paragraph, it may only underline part of a line then skip to another line. It is the same in the Editor notes and the Bible. I don't have any issue with highlighting. Any ideas to help with this?

Thank you.

I found my problem was apparently the font I was using. When I changed to a different font, I was then able to add or remove highlights and underlining. Not sure why the font would create this problem but thought I'd pass it on.

I did a e-Sword "reset"   Under the Help tab, and then Reset e-Sword Settings.   this removed the "marked verses"
